I loved almost everything about it, the improved animation was surprisingly not a bad thing, you kept it in style. The story was again confusing and creepy but i actually WANTED to understand it and it kept me paying attention.
What i didn't like is how much is how much SF talked and how well he did.
What I mean is, what made SF so great is how he talks to slowly and creepy, and how most of the time it didn't seem like even he knew what he was saying. He felt like a child, always changing his mind. Here he talked a lot more often and his sentences were more organized and linked together.
I like how you keep bringing up the Great War, that plays a gigantic role in all of the theories behind SF. Great job, i hope part 10 isn't a longer wait but when it's your quality it's worth it.
