The two that freak me out the most is the first with the Pig dude, and the one where the hand is holding the head, and the walls are covered in like bloody newspapers.

This time I struck gold! In the house that I rent, the garage is so packed with old junk that you literally have to climb right over it to get in. Some of it has been there since the 1980s.

Stop motion is an amazing medium! It's one of my hobbies.
To save it as a SWF you could try editing your image sequence in AfterEffects then exporting it out as an SWF.
I could do but it'd need to have a preloader.

As for compression for swf, id say Knox is the guy to talk too, he seems to have compression pretty well mastered. Atleast compared to most other people here.

Well, you couldn't upload it to youtube with "ok" looking quality either. Maybe just upload it with the best quality you can (that doesn't boost the upload limit) and add a link in the menu/preloader to a high quality file?
great stuff, i remember watching all your older animations on fat-pie that are stop motion. have you seen 'LichtFaktor', they make some insane light photograhpy animations that look alot like that last piccy. keep up the amazing work, look foward to it
